Thompson’s touch has sold 350 million units and counting including streaming, downloads, and physical sales. His creative work is heralded as uncompromising, innovative, and timeless while focusing on the evolving pulse of today’s music.

A recognized multi-genre musical chameleon, Thompson adapts to and masters every genre of music he addresses, working fluidly in Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Trap, EDM, House, Reggae, Country - and, of course, mainstream and alternative rock, where he has produced, mixed, re-mixed and arranged 150+ diamond, platinum and gold records, from GNR’s “Appetite for Destruction”  and Metallica’s “And Justice for All,” to Blues Traveler’s “Run-Around” and Butthole Surfer’s “Electriclarryland.”

Thompson started at a young age, spinning as a DJ in world-renowned NYC night clubs. This instilled in him the DJ mentality of always looking for the next big sound, regardless of the medium.  As Thompson’s reputation for creating great music spread, it caught the ears of music mogul Clive Davis, who was so impressed with his passion and creativity that he took Thompson under his wing and mentored him.

Over the years, Davis showed Thompson the art of great and timeless pop tunes with phenominal Grammy-winning results: Aretha Franklin’s “Who’s Zooming Who,” Madonna’s “Open Your Heart,” Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” and “I Knew You Were Waiting For Me” by George Michael & Aretha Franklin — all certified multi-million, multi-platinum sellers.

Today, Thompson boasts an international A-List clientele that embraces everyone from John Lennon, the Rolling Stones, Wu-Tang, KORN, Public Enemy, and Madonna, to Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bob Marley, Ziggy Marley, Blues Traveler, and Soundgarden.

Thompson has only just begun. “My greatest mark on music and global brand,” Thompson says, “has not yet taken place.”
